Trails West went to thicker .040" skin this year and added some trick features inside. Their customer service is pretty good too.

I picked this trailer up from Zoom 2 years ago. Added 40k Dual stage heater, with heated cabinets. Power-Step, glove racks, sound system......and I love it. Aluminum is the way to go IMO. A tad long @ 33' but it carries 5- 174 sleds with ease. Thanks for selling me this Zoom :)

Got a short note from Mirage today.
Looks like I am going to get myself a new trailer for this season!!!

Finishing up on production order, will turn into engineering dept. for drawings today.
You should see confirmations and drawings first of next week for your approval.
Once that is done, I will put you in touch with the design dept. and you can coordinate video/pics of build process.

Hope things are well.

Gotta like Rob, he took good care of me when I had my X-box. You ought to ask how long, I'm guessing you'll see it around X-mas.

There has been NO mention whatsoever of a build schedule.
First I want to see these DRAWINGS he spoke of??
Really curious to see what manner of rendering they are going to shoot my way.

I sent him that huge LAUNDRY list of all the items everyone has suggested and have not heard back yet which of them they can and can not install.

Will be an interesting week coming up!!

Food for thought and not sure it applies in all areas. Here, when you go to a tri-axle, you are now required to stop at weigh stations. This might be something to look into for your areas of travel.

Also BEER FRIDGE, since the trailer is going to be heated. Not condoning drinking and driving, but a beer at day's end is always welcome.

I didn't even know Mirage would do custom made-to-order trailers :face-icon-small-con

That makes TWO OF US.
I figured I had NOTHING to loose for asking, and sure enough, they were more than happy to do it!
They were even OK with me coming down to photograph the whole build process!
