BOSS NOSS you Suck!!!!!!

BOSS seats

If you thought you had to wait a while to get BOSS seats now - how about A/C being most likely their biggest customer. I would think ( the way business works ) that A/C will get all available seats first and delay the little guys ( you and I ) even more as far as the time it takes to receive one.

Just a thought - on the other hand , maybe they have hired more people and put additional machinery in place to accomodate the higher demand. Only they can say.

Faaaawwwwwkkk YOU BOSS!

I bought a Boss seat last Fall. The seat didn't even make it a 1/2 a season and the back flap tore. I sent the seat in and they said it wasn't covered under warranty because of the way it tore.
They gave me all kinds of reasons of how it could have torn and why it wouldn't be covered, well non of the things they listed had happened. So now I have to give them $100 to fix it. So that makes it a $650 P.O.S seat now!
I think this is COMPLETE B.S. and I will never buy another Boss product again.
F.U. BOSS

That sucks I did over 40 seats last year lets just say a pile of money whent to Boss. At the end of the year I had a deal go raw for a customer and Boss would only stand behind it half way and wanted either them to cover it.

So I was not to happy about it. I will say 99% of the seats have held up great and work great but come on Boss they make a killing on these seats I don't see why they pull stuff like this???

With that said I never did any spring check seats just made me mad and as far as Boss Noss don't even get me started.

But don't get pissed at the workers Gus at Boss treated me great I think it was the owner that is the problem.

Just my 2cents that is why I love SLP, Boondockers and Timbersled ect these places know how to treat there customers. Rant over

Get this, I asked them why $100, seems a little steep. They said they would replace both side panels??? Only one side needs fixin....fix that damn side.
So it'll ONLY cost me $50 to get it fixed, the other side is starting to go but for that kinda money I'll fix it myself.

I really hope Boss fawks with enough customers that they start losing A LOT of business and start realizing people won't take this kind of chet and step up their customer service.
I like my seat and there's nothing like a Boss but with horse chet service like this I'll take 2nd best next time NO PROB.

Is it me or does this seem to happen a lot. The bigger a company gets and the more money they make, the less they care about their customers and the cheaper their products become???????

As consumers I wish we all could make people stand behind there word I have come to relize that for some reason in the snowmobile world if you are getting strungalong you will get screwed no matter what you are getting promised, I have decided to get a lawyer to go after the companies/people that screw me if nothing elese they have to take time to do some splaining.

I own a boss seat and noss system and haven't had a lick of problem with either one. I spring checked it two years ago and had to make 15 phone calls, dealt with two lost orders, and got it in november. Customer service sucked balls, product was great. My 2 cents

$700 for an m series seat...They better stand behind it. I'd be really interested in that seat but for that price I think I would take my chances with boss or go with a skid seat.

A BOSS costs the same as a Mountain Mod in Canada. My son just bought a BOSS. It was over $700 Canadian. Even with our dollar close to par we still don't seem to be getting a break.

Thats crazy, I wish I had a better understanding on how all the exchange rate stuff worked. I did the CAD to USD they had on their web page and it said it would be $693 USD. I have a couple quotes on boss seats for well under that, SNOW JW quoted $495 for a basic high rise shorty herre in Montana. If you guys are looking for seats and stuff he seems to be a good guy to call. Might be worth a trip down south. I think I'm leaning toward a skid seat, the price seems good and I hate giving money to companys that don't stand behind their products.

I dont know about the seats. I have a mountain mod and no issues, but the boss noss kits are about the same. purchased new kit for a tripple , went threw three leaking bottle valves and 3 noss selonoids. I waisted more on dumping bottles to repair then using. It was a 40/60 chance of kit working when i went out each time, all in 4 months, never again, customer service, horrible.

hmm guess ill be ordering my seat from flastlane..sounds like the people at boss just done give a sht about customer service wich in some cases can persaude a customer to buy there products instead of someone eles that may be a bit better.customer service is how you get people to come back again and again. the companies product may not be the best on the market but if you make the person feel comfortable about the sale then 9 times out of 10 they will buy from you. just my opinion dont have to agree with it.

I can't do the $495 plus shipping like past years but I will treat guys very well. Shipping to Canada is spendy but no were near the $700 not even close in fact.

I am thinking about picking up a Skid seat dealership if I have enough interest. Plus one for the Dragon would be nice.

It makes a big difference on the dealer you bought the seat or noss system from also.
Justin here went out of his way to make sure I got taken care of when the wrong seat was sent to me last season.
Its just like a good sled dealership that goes to bat for you against the manufacturer when you have an issue.Same deal.
Justin will get my future bis for sure.

Man i hope my control box isn't messed up. On my last ride of the year my sled just started running rich as a pig, couldn't figure it out. Unplugged the control box away went my problem. I was thinking maybe the connectors were wet was really deep that day and busted the hood so the headlight opening was wide open. Wonder if it is my box or not.
