My opinion. There is nothing factual there. It is all junk. They talk about how his name is "scary".
His father was Muslim, yes we know that. His mother was white, yes we know that.
He attended a Muslim School, and a Catholic School.
He won't wear the flag because he says actions speak louder than words. He would rather act like an American than just announce that he is one. Nothing wrong with that.
On top of this video that was probably produced by FOX, it is also VERY outdated, much of what is on that video has already been discussed, no need to regurgitate this again. (there are numerous threads on snowest about ti already).
Lets compare McCain and Obama on the Economy:

effectually what does it matter who obama's business advisor is? he is going to spend us into oblivion.... he is all about socialism. who pays for that? one caveat... obama says he would rather act like an american rather than announce it... well when is this going to happen. anything distinctively american(or at least in terms of what made this country great in times past) is not what he is about. socialism is not american. everyone one of us on here will talk about freedom and liberty... well my friend socialism effectively castrates liberty from all men. and please dont give me your crap about mccain... he is nothing but a donkey disguised as an elephant .
That video of Obama not facing the flag or putting his hand over his heart was proven to be a photoshop job (or is it videoshop?)....anyway, I'm no Obama supporter, but we need to look at the facts and not the numerous lies and exaggerations that are out there. He is a very liberal Dem.....enough said.

There are so many things he wants to do that are bad for america and are factual, we don't need to look at bogus stuff.
All he talks about is change.
How is he going to pay for all his change?
What is he going to take away to allow him to do these changes?
What EXACTLY does he plan to do?
No BS, just tell me the facts.
Bottom line, even if he does get in he still can't do much without the congress and house. So as long as we can take back just one, we can effectely block the worst of it.
What makes your "facts" any more real than "facts" other people/organizations talk about??
Can you prove that his father/brother/cousins/uncles aren't radical muslims?
Can you prove he doesn't have a grandmother living in Africa without running water, electricity and is struggling to survive? and he wants to spend our money to help those people? He's probably well enough off that he could afford to buy his grandmother a generator and a few bottles of water.
But why would he want to do that when he could get her a plane ticket and bring her to the good ol' US where we will take care of her every need.
And where has the Democratically controlled congress taken us since they took over? There has been more change in this country in that time than there has during the whole term of the most hated man in the country, who basically has less power than Congress and gets to take all the blame for what they do.

I would argue that Milton Friedman produced the reputation of Univ. of Chicago School of Business, not the other way around...

I don't need to prove anything, last time I checked in THIS country you are innocent until proven guilty right? So lets see this evidence that his family is radical. There is none. When you show me this evidence I will continue debating this with you, until then I have no need to respond to you.
Also... this forum has thrown Obama under the bus. Let's hear how McCain is going to change things. What can he do? You are all crazy, blind, or stupid if you think McCain is going to HAVE to raise taxes. It is not feasible to double the debt ceiling once again.

Who said we have to 'change' things.. sometimes (in government for sure), doing less is better???
Put in other words, I think what you're hearing is most people on this site don't want 'change' for the sole purpose of doing something different, especially when the 'change' that is being offered is going in the opposite direction of what they'd like to see.
Less government would be a good start. Let's slash social programs 30%-40% across the board. I could live with that. Let the chips fall where they will. Hell, someone might have to get a job...
Less taxes, more money in the economy, more jobs and growth available. What a concept.
So anyone with a negative thing to say about Obama has to prove what they say or hear is fact and can't just say it??? But yet, you don't have to prove that isn't.
Can McCain change things, doubt it. He's not throwing out a bunch of promises and plans that are simply vote getters though. Not so sure any 1 person sitting in that chair will be able to "change things". I don't like Obama, I don't think he's good for the US, those are my opinions. The burden of proof is on those that are making the statements in the first place. If I called you a Nazi, it is up to me or rather people of this same view point to prove it. Why should you have to prove you are not a Nazi, when you are not a Nazi?
Not sure if that is clear, but here is another example.
If milehigh came out with a statement that said, "Obama has invented the internet yet again" Then the burden of proof is on him to prove it correct, not you to prove the contrary.
Unfortunately with all the bs that gets posted on here, it has become a requirement that statements about Obama and the political candidates in general, need to be backed up with some other verification than the original statements or articles.
