You're the one name calling. Maybe you should try growing up.

Ok yes apologize for the comment.. On the other side, before you go and clutter up a thread maybe step back and think not all snowmobilers are looking for 7ft. Of snow! Maybe guys or gals using this thread may just want to know if there is enough for a road ride with there kids or break in a new sled or do some clutching on a new mod. Or maybe if we really think about it a dad may just want to take his kid out and get a Christmas tree and wants to know if he should take his 4wheeler or can we use the snowmobile since tradition is still part of some families lives... I know this sounds like a bunch of crying, but maybe just something to stew over before you make your next smart apple remark.

Ok, just had to post that. I'll quit now. But, just so you know this thread is gonna get awfully boring with all the snow the Horns is not getting yet.

Haha, and those are always accurate..

I think I found the algorithm they use to calculate snow depth.

If the snotel says 24 inches you subtract 16 inches from the 24 inches which leaves you with a snow accumulation of 8 inches.

If it says the storm dropped 8" you Don't bother going up to sled. You stay home and watch sled movies all day. Then get on face book and see where your buddies had a "EPIC" day with 24" of fresh. Snotel sucks

riding

Can you ride anywhere in the Big Horns before Thanksgiving or is it trails and roads only?
