I just spent 4 days of riding in Alpine. RockinM is dead on. Lower elevations snow is bad. Above 8,000 better than I expected. Rode mostly Blind Bull and had great riding for 3 days. Long trail ride out to there though...Murphy's is pretty good as well. Definetely more April like though.
