Rode out today on West Mtn.

Rode out today thru No Business Saddle to West Mtn on road 218, which had just been groomed and then up on the ridge and it was just absolutely awesome snow. Deep and light and you had to push it ahead of you. (on top was the deepest) Had to be several feet of it and no tracks.

Just had to let you know what was going on. Did get some pictures but can’t show them because lacking a cable.

Going out again tomorrow, see ya there.

We just got back last night from spending a week in McCall. Snow conditions were awesome and we had a great time. The depth on the Warren Wagon road is about 5 feet shy of being able to do any real good riding on that side.

Out of upper Brundage the snow is a little shallow as well, but the snow conditions were awesome with over the hood powder. It was starting to firm up a little when we left and town will be a zoo for the next two weeks because of winter carnival. If they get any more snow over there I wouldn't hesitate in going back.

Hello
We also just got back from a week of riding in McCall. Rode out of Warren Wagon. As long as you went high the snow was great! Marshall Mt was GREAT!
For the first time made the trip from Clary Dome to War Eagle, boy is there some great places to ride in there. Grooming was good but not great. The operators need to learn to cut the bumps as they groom on Warren Wagon Rd. On all our back country riding we never saw anyone.
New brewery called Salmon River Brewing on Colorado street, great food and beer, a lot better beer than the other brewery IMO!
Over all a great trip!
Thanks McCall

Your Best riding will be between the parking lot and Wongs on the Brundage side, and Goose lake on the other side. Snow conditions should be pretty good, riding yesterday was great. Just lots of tracks, but their is plenty of snow.

Some friends and I rode Mccall last week. We stayed at Bear Creek Lodge and had some great rides. The snow was probably the best I will get all season. The lodge was nice being able to ride from. They carry premium pump fuel on site at a fair price. Hopefully next year they will have afew barrels of race gas on site for the turbo guys. I will be comming back either late this season or next season for sure!
