WOOOOO HOOOOO! AN 1100CC BOLT-IN BILLET MOTOR FOR THE PRO RMK!!

Wow! VERY nice ! I am impressed ! Get your lotto tickets I will bet that comes with a BIGG price tag !thast a pretty pricey chunk of aluminum just to start with probably more that new stock cases! 14 hrs spindle time X 125.00 per at least (if they charge less than that there nuts) =1750.00 + material + alot of design time and programming ( Id guess 100hrs +minimum ) the good thing is there wont be any competition ! Not from me anyway ! Thats No a easy project and I have all the tools to do it + 25 yeas expeience.

Hi guys thanks for the kind replys . Yes polzinhunter it will come with a pricetag thankyou for acnoliging how much time it has taken to build . I have over 5 months in designing this motor over 150 hours in just programing for my 5 axis mill for each motor . I built this in my own shop and everything is done in house even the cranks . The cylinders are cast for a reason just as M/H said. Not cause they are cheaper. I can make a better product with a cast cylinder and more power than a billet cylinder. It will be a complete bolt in for the pro chassis and will still bolt in pretty much anything else . It will be offered with the pro with a big single pipe as twins are not really going to work in the pro chassis so I just choose to do a big single . That way it will work for the turbo guys also. ( That will be something )
You as the customer can choose yes between either run carbs or a efi . It is setup to accept either a 05 800 polaris ignition yes with reverse or any of the new efi ignitions.


The price is yet tbd as the the totals from the cost of everything has not been figured yet.. I will promise you that this will be off the chart in the pro chassis this has been a dream of mine to build these motors for 5 years now. I was just bored with the w/c 1200 motors and wanted to take it to a new level. This is it. I have the best guy in the world assembling my cranks (indy Dan ) and nothing will be stoped short of than perfect from myself and him . I am a perfectionist at what I do . I will definatly post the numbers after it is dynoed witch should be less than a month.

My pleasure!Im jealous and I know why its been 5 yrs in the making I am also a perfectionist .Do you have any hair left ? I would never sleep thinking about it once I got started. very cool I wish making a living allowed me more time to do really cool stuff like that.

Id say "Off the chart" will be an understatement and I cant see why boost would be nesseary with that kind of power . but If you build it theres some lucky bastage that could afford to own it .

Are you ready to talk about how many miles you've got on test motors and that kind of info? :)

Yes the answer to your question is Zero. LOL . This motor will not be sold before it is tested. This year I am just trying to just get it built and tested . I have two of them for that purpose and after the bugs are all worked out it will be available. Thanks for asking that question

Yeah, Brad, I'd be HAPPY to do that for you. I'm a GREAT test mule. I've got years of experience with mod motors.....and 6 memorable years with mod motor salesman. :face-icon-small-win

Hell dude if you sent me 1/4 of the money that you spent on the 1155 we could probably make a deal !!! OUCH When you gona pay him a visit. Maybe you can get my chuck for me too. I think we should start with some serious asss chinese torture. LOL

It would be nice to see you give the Turbos a run for the money at the Jackson Hole dash for cash...

Hopefully they dont have the lame "running start"... that was just plain awkward!!
