Make any of you 600 sdi guys a deal of a lifetime. The only thing left to buy is the 02 sensor and just get a pipe welded up to the exhaust side(even have the flange and pipe).
PM me if interested in buying the turbo setup.
I am looking at getting an SDI 600 to play with, interested in the fuel injection.
I keep hearing these are lighter than an 800, are they really? I thought the chassis and most everything else is the same? Isn't the crankcase the same as the 800?
Also have heard you cant run premix in these? Anyone running premix in an SDI?

Just bought an '03 600 for my wife, it was stretched to 136, but it doesn't look like I can run a full 2" track without changing drivers or doing a d/r....any thoughts? It runs great, but would like to go to a 144 X 144 X 16 ski-doo track. Any advice is greatly appreciated. What tracks did the 600 Summit come with?
600 Summit revs came with 144x16x2 powdermax tracks, 06 and up were ported. The 03 revs have shorter chaincases, and I was told that they need smaller drivers for a 2" track, but that will also drop your gearing to comensate for the bigger track. Droping driver sizes will hurt efficiency and approach angle though.
Anyone ever have the EGT probe in the muffler go. Mine seems to be not working and I think it makes it run real rich.
I don't trust the oil injection pumps, and it's nice to get rid of the big leaky oil tank under the hood.
Replaced the EGT probe today and the engine light finally went out. Everyonce in a while it would only rev to 5500 and that was it. I hope I have my problem solved.

My gal has an '07 and the thing is great!!!
When mine was in for service I took hers and it rips!!! It wont keep up with the bigger oines in the fresh but if theres a track out there it will go nearly anywhere.
