Ya thanks, It always looks good when someone gets screwed over. I see you been around for a long time. Thanks for the 2 cents, I should probably give one back for that lame comment.

Take off the header, put it in a box , and ship it back. When you get your $1095 refund, go celebrate. Nobody said life was fair!!
 
In my own defense I NEVER said I would not refund his money.

We had a phone conversation where he agreed to richen his mixture then try it and get back to me, then changed his mind and demanded his money back or else he would bash me on these web sites.

I offered to exchange it for a tube header he refused.

Lean mixtures cause HIGH EGT and low power.

High EGT Cracks headers and Manifolds, evident by the pile of headers in his garage.

I never said My Manifold would Make more power or as much power as a Tube header, it was designed to address Cracking.

As Far as Turbo Tim goes I will Take care of Him because he is a reasonable man.

I stand behind all my products I will not let anyone go without my help.

Neil you have been completely unreasonable, or receptive of anyones advice.

The Offer Still Stands as stated above, Richen your mixture to 12.5:1 at 18 psi boost and if it won't pull your clutching with in a few grams, I will exhange it for the header of your choice of equal cost.

I don't know How Much better it can get.

If it was as easy as driving out to my back yard to test it, then why not. I am sure you read my original post. It cost me 1500.00 a weekend to go riding...so what happens if it wrecks another weekend of riding. Then I would have a total of 4300.00 tied up in this venture, and still had no fun.

I never signed up for your R&D project like Turbo Tim did, so why should I pay for it. And if you send me another header that doesn't work, then we are back to square one. I do have to give Turbo Tim credit for hanging in there with you, but by the looks of his post, he is not giving you another chance either.

Reading that are you suggesting that WHEN he sends it back to you..you will refund his money?

I don't think he is in a position of "testing" any further manifolds. It is my opinion the best course of action for both of you too is to return-refund and move on!

Just for the record , Ted came through with my problem , just like I knew he would . Making headers for Turbo snowmachines has got to be one of the most frustrating jobs out there , you try to make something that will hold up ,put all the money into the research and development only to find your product needs some more refining.
 
Turbo Tim, on another note I think you should give us a avitar of you with your shirt off and perhaps rubbing your nipples with a turbo resting on you six pack abs:p
