Where is a good place in Denver to look for a house?

Prices are all over the place just depends on where you want to be and what you want. I have been selling homes in this area for well over a decade and have seen prices go way up and way down.......on the same houses! Let me know if there is anything I can do for any of my fellow sledders!

I live in bailey 50 min from down town (off hours) there are plenty of forclosures up here with plenty of parking. not sure of your hours I leave my house at 5am and drive to boulder and traffic is not bad. to me the hour plus drive is worth it if you love the mountians.:face-icon-small-hap

I need somewhere I can park a 31' trailer easily at without scraping it up backing it in every time like I do at my current house in UT :)

Preferably within 10 miles of downtown.

For less than $300k. LOL. I know I'm dreamin hahaha.

Plenty of places to park a trailer 10 minutes from downtown. Not sure it will be there in the morning though.

Depending on what your hours are will make a big difference on commute times. I Live East of Monument and can make it to tons of places in Denver in an hour after rush hour is over. Luckily for me, most of my appts are at 10 or later.

I live in Englewood, which is the first suburb south of Denver. My home is worth $100,000 and has huge trailer space. I have 3 trailers now and three cars and must I go on!!! There are plenty of choices. I can get downtown Denver in about 15 minutes easily. I live off of Evans and Sante Fe. Talk to a realtor. Marty
