primary engages perfectly spins the secondary,which inturns spins the shaft going into the chaincase,but it wont spin the track.Although the track spins freely when towed as we found out pulling the damn thing over hill and dell 15 freaking miles in 18 inches of powder near towgotee and teton national park took two 1000s to pull it out.Broken gear off the end of the drive shaft or broken chain????everyone place your bets.

thats my guess. that would be the only reason why the track would spin freely.
In case your not convinced yet...its a BROKEN DRIVE SHAFT!
It doesn't matter, its the best stock sled ever !
couldn't agree more this sled has spent more time in the shop than all previous sleds ive owned but it is the far and away funnest sled to ride.

fix the weld on the jackshaft as per the race manual or else it WILL happen...if the short track race sleds do it, the mtn guys had better.
