Turbo VS. Carls Cycle big bore

I believe the 'kits' are ready. BUT I would call Jack or Chris to find out.
I know of a few that are out running.
Sure a Turbo will out do a NA...But I didn't want a turbo...
Big bore - simpler, less head aches and lighter...

You running pump gas, or race mix? What did you pay for the 900?

more info

Would like to hear more about the 900 kit from guys who ran them this year. price, how they performed, reliabliability, etc. thanks

I don't own one, but I got about an hour or so on one last Saturday. I loved it.
If I could afford one, i would do a big bore.

if you want pull and go, ZERO issues big bore 900....period. That being said i run the turbo, and after a bazillion clutch combos..lmao.. great fun sled. Pretty much a stocker under 4500 then crazy power under boost. it did however take a LOT to get the clutching spot on so it would pull hard with "snap" down low.(like 5 helix's,20 +springs,5 sets of weights and many many test days) And you better darn sure know how to tune/jet a turbo 2 stroke motor. I would guess about 200 ish hp at 12 psi at elevation.

Best deal is bout 4 hours labor its stock again for quick sale and turbo goes on new sled. 900 is forever as case is bored.

I would take a guess and say a carls 900 is about 180 ish "real" HP IMHO
