My neighborhood isn't gated. And there is no neighborhood watch either. But I occasionally do put on a white hoody walk to the mini mart to get some skittles and a slim Jim. You better hope we don't cross paths when I'm on a weed driven snack attack!!
 
Now that many of the details of how it really went down are released, the anti-Zimmerman crowd has become pretty quiet.
 
I don't get it....if your charged with murder you should be judged on murder...this alternate ability of finding guilty of manslaughter should not be an option unless the charge was manslaughter.....it is leading the jury to not judge the trail but to give them an out to wetten down the smoldering society of the blacks at Zimmermans expense of his deserved freedom....
 
I agree!!! If the DA was grabbing at the big ring why can they fall back onto any lesser charge? I hate to simplify it but lets just say you got pulled over for speeding. You fight it and they cant prove it then they say well at least we can give you a parking ticket... its BS. I really think the jury will be quick and he will be not guilty. I do not think they can find anything less than not guilty on all charges since following someone is NOT against the law.
 
I think the jury is going to nail him on the lesser charge or perhaps, at best for Zimmerman, a hung jury on the lesser charge. Anyway can't wait to see the flames in Sanford if he is completely exonerated.

Unless I missed it or the evidence just wasn't there, I'm surprised the Defense didn't hit hard on this kid reaching and grabbing for his gun while screaming "I'm going to kill you". I would have made a big deal on this kid grabbing for the gun because, without that, I think he's guilty of the manslaughter charge. Shooting a kid while getting beat up in a fight, to me, doesn't jive with the Stand Your Ground and Self Defense rules EXPECIALLY when the 911 operator instructed him not to pursue.

Should be interesting. I love the evening coverage of the trial on Hannity with Mark Furman, Judge Alex and the new blonde lady.

yea...like if a jury can go and find guilt on lesser charges when all your efforts are on defending the more serious charge...well how is it fair when a person does not have the ability to put all there efforts on the possible lessor charge..??
A defendant should have the right to put their focus and often LIMITED resources on one front of attack by the state, it just does not seem to be justice when the state can open several battle fronts and a defendant can only defend one .

I think everyone needs to give Mold a break & I'll explain why.

In order to explain this we'll all have to brush up on our history of Mr. Mold!

As we can see from Mold's profile he's a VERY old man & so the story starts. Many many many...... decades ago when mold was 10yrs old his parents gave him a slave. This slave's name was "Toby Martin" the great great great.... grandfather of Trayvon Martin. Through the next many years of ownership of Toby, Mold was extremely cruel & unloving to Toby. Until The Emancipation Proclamation set Toby free from Mold's cruel grip.
Over the next many years Mold's hatred turn to compassion for the Martin family. Mold believes now that he must make Reparations to the Martin family but being that he's blown ALL his money on trick sled parts there's only one thing left to do.... Stick up for Treyvon!!

If your dumb enough to believe this B.S. story then you mite also be dumb enough to sneek up on the guy that was following you, try pound his head into the concrete but WAIT he's got a gun and now your dead. I guess you weren't Billy Bada$$ after all.
 
Just sitting here hoping that the American Justice System is not as broken as the rest of the systems are in this once great nation.

That lil' bugger was up to no good & simply tried to assault the wrong fella.

Not surprising at all. Add Zimmerman to the long list of folks (illegal aliens, welfare mom's, societal leaches, crack whores, cocked politicians, ect.) that are getting a free ride at the expense of the hard working, tax paying Americans that support a the way of life once championed by the citizenry of this once great nation.
 
Sorry mold. But "if this country can survive OBAMA. We can certainly survive Zimmerman" !!
