^this. You know, the whole "its wrong to be a vigilante" thing then you going on about how you'd take this guys life yourself cuz he deserves it.
And quite frankly I don't understand how its ok to start hitting some guy who called the police on you. If I got confronted in my neighborhood by some stupid wanna be cop I'd sit my smug azz on the ground and wait for the police to tell him off and give me a ride the rest of the way home. Why would you start a fight with some guy who already called the police? I'd say the punk got what was coming to him.
The sad part is it really only proves that Zimmerman's "profiling" was sort of spot on. What did he find? His "suspect" had a quick temper and was willing to A) start a fight and B) finish the fight by either killing or coming pretty dam close to killing Zimmerman.
And from what I got reading the story a long time ago Zimmerman didn't profile him by his skin color, but moreso from his attire and demeanor.
well this article on todays police testimony clearly puts Zimmerman into his side of the story...the part on the cops trying to have Zimmerman change his story by saying the whole thing was taped and then their surprise by having Zimmerman clearly happy and hoping it was all taped really has the defense on a roll..

Yep that was the icing on the cake. The investigator tried to bluff him with saying he had it ALL on video and Zimmermans response was......."thank god" Plus today it came out that in the area where Treyvon was hiding they found a slim jim...........hmmmmmm.
What flavor Slim Jim? That doesnt sound like it would taste to good with Skittles....

We now know why he was so pissed off and decided to fight Zimmerman. He was pissed off at the horrible taste of skittles and slim jim combined in his mouth!

If TM was being followed and was worried about it, why didn't he just walk home? There was nothing between him and his destination and he had 4 minutes to get there AFTER GZ's initial 911 call. He appeared 4 minutes later, also circled GZ while in his own truck, eyeballing him then disappeared again. GZ gets out after TM disapeared, in order to get a home address as requested by the 911 operator. THEN he gets jumped by TM and all witnesses testify GZ was getting a beatdown.
No law against calling 911 if you see something that doesn't seem right. No law against following someone IF it turns out he did, but no evidence so far that he did. Even the star witness (girl on phone) admittied lying to help the prosecution. IMO the prosecution USED her and it backfired.
I can't believe they won't allow TM's recent history of violence to be admitted. Kicked out of school 3 times for fighting, ref'd MMA style street fights on video, stolen jewelry in his locker and his own mother kicked him out for violence at home. THC and other drugs in his blood in the autopsy....not admissible?
I can see the judge not even allowing the decision to go to the jury as there is NO evidence here. Even the DA that filed the charges is now under investigation for doing it based on political pressure and not the evidence....the evidence had already cleared GZ in 2 seperate, previous investigations.
This is nothing but one of Al Sharptons wet dreams come true.

That is the nail on the head WB....the whole trial is just a complete joke. I'm not saying GZ is necessarily 100% innocent, however, there is nothing here that points to 2nd degree murder. I'm also baffled how TM's history is inadmissible? Hasn't proving/disproving character always been part of a trial?
I don't think it's fair AT ALL for the decision to go a jury with all the lying and deceit on the prosecution's side. The whole thing should be thrown out. The race-baiters are the only one's who wanted to see this go down as a murder trial.
I do not know the specifics of law but assume info on TM left out because he was a minor?? It also baffles me about not being able to paint the TM full picture but yet were able to take GZ doctor up on stand and ask things about what GZ said to her in his visits to his own doctor. Things like GZ attending MMA excericise...what GZ said to her. Plus calling GZ best friend and asking things of hear say that GZ said to him. I thought that was ALL in-admissable as hear say???? but yet cant bring in KNOWN facts on TM.
No race-baiter here and I want Zimmerman to first loose his balls then his ability to move about his community as a free person.
