Trayvon Martin/Zimmerman trial..Defense is kicking azz

exactly

The kid was stalked, tracked down and when he was cornered he fought back. The problem is his attacker had a gun.

Zimmerman was out to kill no matter what, provoked the kid to make it like it was self defense...

lots of easier ways to kill and not spend the rest of your life paying legal costs and being a liability to any future employer and fearing every black you come across...

So I think he did not "intentionally" put himself in such a situation with only a downside...he may have had "stupidity" put him in that situation though....but stupid can't go to jail otherwise we would never have governments..

So your thinking Skittles Boy was bored one evening and decided that he would go out and walk the hood looking for some random guy to beat the chit out of?

a fox gets more hens being in the hen house then it does staying on the other side of the fence..

It doesn't matter which side of this you are on......the fact of the matter is that if it were a black man that shot a hispanic kid it would have been long forgotten by now.

The whole thing is reverse racism.

It would never have made the news..can't forget what ya don't know !

Unless it was with an " assault rifle " in California or some such place..?

I am impressed with how clearly you guys remember the way everything went down without even being there.
A trial is a waste of time when you guys could just call the judge into chambers & give him the play by play.

I would prefer to call Zimmerman into my garage and hang his sorry *** from my rafters. :face-icon-small-hap

Listen to the 911 tapes. The guy was never in danger. He tracked down a kid and the kid was frightened. He fought. The kid called his girlfriend said someone was following him.

The conclusion you draw would prevent any of us from protecting our neighborhoods from would be troublemakers in the future.

Both guys made poor choices that night & both have suffered enough.

The whole thing is reverse racism.

Please tell me you arent serious? If a black man over zealously confronted a white high school kid after being told down to by the police, proceeded to escalate the situation to the point of physical exchange, then ended up killing the white teen because he was losing a fight he put them both into needlessly, I guarantee you that it would have not been forgotten.

I totally agree that Zimmerman is not guilty of 2nd degree, especially not with Florida being a "Stand Your Ground" state. But he certainly is guilty of manslaughter. He needlessly killed that kid when he should have stood down. It was his gross negligence and poor judgement that put him where he is today and put that kid in the ground.

He did not TRACK him down anymore than his appointment of a neighborhood watch. He was on the phone with police dispatch and was following him in his car. When police asked for his EXACT location Zimmerman got out of his car walked down the dog path to read the private street sign then upon returning to his car Trevon Martin jumped out of the bush's and punched Zimmerman in the face. He than got him down on the ground and did the "ground and pound". At WHAT point do you think Zimmerman had a chance to provoke him besides doing his job and following him WHILE on phone with dispatch trying to give his position?

BTW, He did talk to his GF and said........"some creepyazzcracker" is following me. He also referred to Zimmerman as a NEGER. So at what point IS this a racial hate crime? It should of been a hate crime against Zimmerman.

There's a difference between protecting your home and even your property than running around in the middle of the night trying to be this guy:
