Cooker, glad to hear the Electric trip was good. Actually a good thing we didn't go with you guys, one of the XP's with me wasn't running worth a chit, so we would have slowed you down. Let's ride this year! I think the last time we rode I was still riding the old XLT!! I'm jealous of you all you guys, I won't get to enjoy all that snow till after Jan 14 when I get back from a sunny, tropical, warm, adult beverage paradise called Costa Rica.....should be perfect when I return. Tear it up for me while I'm gone!!
HWY 65 on top of the Mesa is closed (probably for blasting), looks like 20-40+ inches new. Extreme Avalanche danger, be SUPER careful if you go up. If this keeps up, we'll be climing Leon soon.....

Costa f*c*ing Rica. Farmers almanac says no big powder days after Jan 13th. Too bad! Enjoy the beach. We'll ride when you get back.
Yep, Costa f**king Rica. As awesome as it's going to be, I am still looking forward to riding when I get back! Gonna do some surfing to tide me over...

NICE!!! god i hope to get out that way this season ! any rentals out that way so i can just fly out LOL driving after that back to WA would suck LOL plus i want a m1000 to play on !

Man it was good yesterday. The afternoon light gave Ray an oportunity to hone his photography skills.
Here's a couple of pics that my mother just scanned and sent over to me
Circa 1975, Barnum MN. I have to thank my Late Grandfather Smith for addicting me to snowmobiling at an early age.
In these pics I was 7 but as my Dad tells it, Gramp Smith took me for my first ride at age 2. I screamed and cried when he
started the sled but as soon as he put me on the seat I was all smiles.
As they say, The Rest is History!
