Just wondring. I know nothing about the Book of Mormon, but think Joeseph Smith was Mormon. Anyways i was to lazy to look it up so I took the easy way and asked.
I will say that it for sure isn't anything I have read in the Bible.

It's not the issue of weapons, the issue is the socialist left are trying to take away our constitutional rights. These by the way are the same people who want to close the forests to off road vehicles, want us to believe in global warming(google global warming hoax) and force us to be tolerant of the gay agenda. When in fact THEY force their beliefs on us and claim WE are not being tolerant.

What is wrong with believing in global warming? I think most people in big cities would thank global warming. No matter if it is real or not it has reduced a lot of pollution and made our country's air that much cleaner.
On the other hand you cannot believe everything there is to it. Global warming is rather misleading, what actually is occuring would be the melting of the polar ice caps and if I am not mistaken areas around the tropics are cooling a little bit? Perhaps I am wrong(I don't care enough to actually google the facts, I had to watch Al Gore's movie in 8th grade science and that is enough for me) but I think that the temperatures(averaged throughout the world) are remaining fairly constant.

fficeffice" /><o></o>I live in one of the strictest states in this country for gun laws The Peoples Republic of Massachusetts. I hunt and enjoy shooting all types of guns and for some reason most of the politicans in this country want to tell us what we can and can not do for our own good because we dont know any better. I just read an article in my local paper that said license to carry permits in Mass are up almost 50% and they broke it down by towns which some were as high as a 65% increase for class a large capacity permits. I thought this cant be true all the politicans are saying that everyone in the country wants to get rid of guns!! Its also funny that Sen Feinstiens bill exempts govt employees from these laws. How do these a holes keep getting elected? I have been a gun owner for over 25 years and I and or my guns have never hurt anyone even the "assault rifles". Take a look at New York,Washington,and Chicago they have some of the strictest gun laws and the crime rate is the highest in the country only the criminals have the guns maybe they got them before the bans went into effect. I think if people want to shoot, smoke,drink large sodas,eat fast food,drive a truck,chew,atv,snowmobile or whatever they should be able to without someone telling them that they cant because your not smart enough to know whats good for you.
I don't even worry about my gun rights. There is no way in my lifetime that anyone will ever take away my guns. People are always getting paranoid the gov will take away are guns, but they never do and never have. Maybe we can't buy giant clips for assault rifles anymore, but there is always a black market for that.
Making gun laws stricter doesn't make bad guys nicer. Just saying maybe they should fix the underlying cause.
@totally why would we allow our government to make criminals out of all of us. That is like saying let them take our land for snowmobiling and we will just do it anyway. That is the kind of attitude that allows governments to keep taking a little bit at a time. Then when the time comes for all guns there is nothing left to stop them.
