So a same level paying member of this forum expresses that he did not find your posting helpful with regard to this thread and it is such a big deal to you you have to come whine about it... I feel sorry for you that your life and happiness is tied to your "internet rating". But after 15 yrs as a daily keyboard commando I guess that's what you get.

So just so I'm clear... Opposing opinions are fine as like as they are 100% in agreement with how you feel?!?!?!?

I am fine with you not liking "f**king cops... I fought daily to support your right to feel how you want and say what you want... But I get to do the same, and I did not find your posting helpful to this topic. Maybe go start an F- the police thread. I think your feelings and posting would be more useful there

valid point

I don't know, I think giving neg rep because you disagree with someone borders on chicken5hit. But then maybe that's what it's for?

Different opinions is what makes a debate........well it makes it a debate.
Agreement on a forum is quite boring!

In fact, I think the whole rep points system is like all 5th grade sorta ghey.

Honestly, does ANYONE even pay attention to the rep points?

I don't care about rep points but it does tick me off when a person bad reps me. It tells a lot about a person. Same kind of people key your car or give you the finger. If you have something to say then say it. Don't hide behind a button. Thumbs down is a bad feature. The moral of the whole thread is the guy was driving too fast for the conditions. End of story. Most places it is a mandatory ticket in an accident. Cops are kind of like polaris motors and I have one. Most are good but there is always going to be one that will wreck your day.

I agree with the analogy, with some modification from experience.
Most wreck your day, but eventually you find one that is great.
