That's not a too bad of a price. Will there be any kind of a warranty on the ECU it's self. In the future if you guys have any software updates or anything like that, will there be a fee to update or will it be free?



software update will be free of charge, also optimization map for all kinda kit will be available for free too. we are going to work very closely with our dealers and support them effectively . ECU is 2 years warranty againts manufacturer deffect

We are currently looking for dealers and as soon as the 5 north american(protected area) dealers ar known, i will let you know where to buy, but you will be able to buy from poweraddiction(Brad) for sure.

Just a few pictures of the dyno session held yesterday on the production ECU on the engine dyno! very nice looking ECU and works amazingly good!!! quick tune /autotune is such a nice feature!!!
check closely you will see the ECU is a 1 to 1 replacement of oem.
p.s.: the guy installing the sled on the dyno is Jaws performance helper....special thanks to him!

for now, we have just started to base map (duplicate oem mapping) the sled so all buyer can factory replace the ecu with no mods and drive as if it is the original ECU but with zero limit to what they can do(remove stupid reverse safety or adjust it with higher rpm cutoff for example). all i can tell you for now, is with a temperature inside the dyno at 18 celsius the pro only made 134 hp with oem ECU...and we saw polaris mapped those a bit on the lean side(afr was 13.3-13.8 on a 100% engine load) between 6200 rpm to 8500 kinda surprising but they have had great results with this setup so we go with OEM base map for our ecu delivery to customer, we want a reliable mapping to start with and no chances being taken on customer back....we will take chances on our sled though!!! new turbo kit is done and testing starts in 3 weeks for diffrent setup(higher compression heads, race pipes,cold air intake ect.)
also next month is POWERADDICTION new engine startup and mapping....can't wait to have that motor running...in a pro chassis? wow!!

Ya it made 134HP at 18*C=64.4*F. We all know that the pro was 145hp at 20*F... Or something like that, not that big of a shocker if you ask me. Plus if you consider the lack of consistency of dynos.
 
Not sure how accurate this is formula is, but I found it on the internet, so it has to be right.:pound: At 20*F=139.8. I'm not bashing the sled at all, I have one snowchecked. I just think that is weak. I have read all the post on the HP, but 139 is low. Please don't beat me up over this, I was just expecting to be closer to 145-150hp stock.

HP Output = +1% HP per 10 degree temperature decrease

-1% HP per 10 degree temperature increase
 
our distributors are now on the snow with ECU!!

Hi guys, the ECU is now on the snow up and runing!!!!! our distributors started to put final touches on the tune and the ECU will be released publicaly in couple weeks......only 100 ecu for sale this year.
turbo testing with turbo manufacturer is starting next week! 2012-2011 any sled models is direct 1to1 replacement with no wire cutting.

2011 pro rmk operated 100% by the new vi-pec standalone plugin ecu....!

we finaly got snow and christmas vacation are done.....we went back to work and finalized the base mapping/cold start of the 2011, 2012 on it's way and friday boosted testing starts.

It is now limitless on modification you want to do, fueling,timing,reverse,lauch control,powervalve opening rpm,big bore,heads.....what ever.....use your imagination! you are now in control over the complete sled...! we have now 5 USA distributors that are receiving their ECU shortly, we are taking care of canada and 1 distributor in norway for scandinavia , then we will reveal who they are and fun begin!

new power mapping and elevation

jake from mild to wild motorsports has a new receipe for stock sled pulling nearly 80 grams of weight and our power mapping turning that sltock sled into something phenomenal!! call him: 701-202-6304....also we have setup a lauch control for a bit more amusement for you stock guys!!

Back down to 74.8 Grams at 1700 feet elevation. This thing rock and rolls, going to be the ticket for guys who dont want to tune and just ride.
