I'm in idaho. I know to many people that didn't vote cause they knew Romney was going to win anyways so there isn't any reason to get off there lazy a**es and go to the polls and vote. I think it should be a strictly popular vote. The person with the most votes wins. I know I would feel that my vote would count then.
