tell him to give you the motor he was suposed to give you or give your money back and then you will take it off.....but i would just leav the post. ha ha

I'll bet he'd like you to take down this thread. I think it should be sticky'd personally. This guy is obviously a scammer, and wants this to go away as quickly as possible so people will forget and he can start all over again.

Sorry for the bad run in Scott, I'll slam him with some red rep too. I hate pathetic losers like Ryan Yarrow, I hope this guy gets it.

I disagree, this should be pinned to the top for all to see, in this forum and others he is on. This scum has a history of scamming and continues to do so. Good luck Scott hope it works out.

$hitty deal dude!!

Sorry to hear your troubles Scott.
I would keep this thread on here regardless.

I looked at his profile, and he is viewing this thread right now.

I would DEMAND your full refund, including the shipping, and other charges that have occured and/or would seek legal action, and stop this person from ever dealing with anyone ever again.

Dr Mr Yarrow (aka scumbag),

You need only arrange for an expedient return of all currencies to Mr Scott, therefore paid in full previously by Mr Scott, including but not limited too, cost of items purchased, cost of shipping, handllng costs, plus any taxes due. You should also send a letter to PayPal, admitting fault, so that no negative intentions are applied to Mr Scott's trustworthiness. There is no reason to discuss anything else, other than when the trucking company will pick up the motor, at your cost, and direction. once payment is received in full.

If you send a cashiers check, I would advice Mr Scott to wait the mandatory period, for proper clearing of the check, usually one to two weeks. If you send a personal check, I would recommend he wait the mandatory time required for your check to clear. If you send cash, well, cash is good. But, not wise to send in the mail. I would also advise you against hand delivering it. Maybe you could wire him the money. It is obvious, you are very well versed in the manipulation of PayPal, I would advice Mr Scott to avoid using that service, since he seems to be at some disadvantage, and has lost all trust in the service.

Please make this right, today. Have you ever heard of the six degrees of Kevin Bacon? I think we are down to one or two degrees, in your case.

Thank you, and have a nice day.

Wade

Who cares that he found a crank, that still leaves scott with a top end to deal with. This TOOl needs to give the man his money back and fix his own piece of crap.

WHy dont you come on here ryan and post youve been in contact with him, why go through pms and be all secretive about it, man up and let us know yourself you have been in contact. Oh wait, your not that much of a man i almost forgot. At some point you have to grow up, i just have a feeling its gonna be at a point where your gonna have to learn the hard way, i cant wait for that day.

Sorry to read this. I had a bad deal on E bay on a truck. I went back and forth with the guy, a vehicle dealer, to no end. I sent pix and a detailed list of things that were obviously wrong with the truck, which were not mentioned. I included the add in my transactions. The truck showed up with body damage clearly not pictured in the E Bay add. We went the rounds, I offered a solution, and nothing came of it. Others had been screwed by this guy too. Reading this thread brought it all back.

I agree a crank is not a solution here.

I hope you get some resolution.

Dave

Wow this sucks bad. It's really interesting when people find out the hard way how un-anonymous they are on the internet.

The SW army is well behind you, Scott!

Wow!!!! That really sucks Scott.

:mad:It really pisses me off how these guys offer your money back only after a post is made and they get a little pressure.

Get your money back and run! If the crank is that bad the cases are more than likely shot also.

I feel your pain brutha Scott. I advertised a CR250 here and within a couple days I had it sold or so I thought. SW User ARTIC CAT BUM sent me a PM and subsequent phone call telling me he wanted the bike. Check would be in the mail FedX within a couple days. A week goes by and the check does not show up. I call ARTIC CAT BUM who tells me he's busy and will call me right back. No return call for the next week. I call ARTIC CAT BUM who tells me he doesn't know what happened his secretary should have mailed the check. He will figure it out and call me right back. A week passes and no return call. I call back and get VM leaving a msg. Nothing. You are a fukking flake you jaka$$!!!!!!!!!!!! Beware of this flake people.

Do not delete this thread ever!!!!!

That way when another Snowester searches this assclown's name this thread comes up. Also when people search Google and other high profile search engines his name will come up. I would keep posting as much as you can about this guy so that anything about him comes up. We don't want this to happen ever again.
