if you peeps can get a hold of a couple people that this d'bag has done this too and bring it up with an attorney, it would be interstate fraud and would show a pattern of criminal behavior, frequent offender

I have been a member of Snowest and Hardcoresledder for quite a few years and this dumb a$$ has ripped people off on both sites. He makes a few sales and then disappears for awhile. He came back to hardcoresledder begging for forgiveness sometime ago. He said he was sorry, and trying to make it right with everyone, obviously not. I never forgot his name, and have always steered clear of having any dealings with him. I wonder if the paypal name he uses is his girlfriends name or something like that. I can't remember for sure, but I thought she even got on HCS trying to defend him. Anyways Scott I am sorry this happened to you. I don't have much REP power, but I left him the red skittles I do have. I hope this all gets straightened out.

He was one scared little 9rick after what seemed like the whole world started closing in on him.
It took a lot of harassing calls made to his parents and even the company his father worked for to get his family to pressure him to pay it back and make it right.
I'd hate to involve an innocent family member but sometime you gotta get creative and go animal on him.
There's no way to reason with a scam artist who has no class or conscience at all

Even if there was a rep system like Ebay it doesn't mean you can't get hosed. I bought a trunk lid from a guy on Ebay ( he was from New York also) that had 100% positive feedback with about 60 transactions. He had it for a buy it now price of $99 plus $59 shipping so I bought it with Paypal.Two weeks go by and it wasn't shipped. We email back and forth then he tells me that UPS wants $130 for shipping because it's oversize which he should have known anyway. I called him and I agreed to help out on the shipping so I sent him $30 more (real dumb !) and I waited two more weeks and nothing. Now he wont answer the phone or emails and has since gotten 5 negative feedbacks for doing the same thing to others.

Sorry to hear about this...I've done my part by posting a response in each of the threads he has going on in HCS to avoid buying from him. I'm not the first to do so...but if it saves anyone else the hassles you are going through its all worth it.

yeah, when i searched him, my info was all similar if not the same as above, and he had a boat for sale on craigslist, so would go with it perfectly.
Ryan has emailed me 3 times this morning with an offer to buy a remanufactured crank that he found on ebay or send me the cash. He has requested that I remove this thread or update that he's contacted me.
