my father in law went to eat one once- cut the head off and was getting ready to skin it and noticed a lump about 8" back. He started squeezing the lump out and out popped a slimy little mouse he didn't eat it...
he didn't eat it...Damn, there is enough there to make a nice pair of boots, and a matched set of luggage.
