Skinny Board options are not good

If the rivet holes from the boards to the tunnel could line up with the BDX board holes that would awesome! I know a bunch of us have BDX boards. Mine are already off waiting for the B&M.. Lot of work to drill two different size holes all over again and install bushings for rivets

well myself and every guy out there with a prolite or BDX boards already will have to mount from the side. Boys at BDX cut the tunnel flush up and down. I have a doo with your boards on it sitting next the cat and looking at those boards it shouldn't matter.. Are you planning on having a round inside edge like your current boards? If so I can just drill though existing holes..

So the game plan is:

-All round tubing
-Front of boards foot holes pushed as far forward as possible
-Front hoops that go vertical with no swing toward the outside to allow panels to be pushed further in
-6 1/8" to 6 3/8" max width at front of boards
-outer edge angled at least 1" higher than stock height
-stock length to tie into stock tunnel hole

Anything else I didnt cover?

Yeah. If you cut the edge clean off like they do there might be some challenges for you guys. We have a guy locally that has the same issue and we might have to install his new boards for him to get the bugs ironed out on that deal.

Might not be the prettiest but a piece of angle would do nicely, and a bunch of rivets.
