bj , Have you run the shockwave adjustable helix? and what do you think of it?? I have an 08 XP 154 and I run around sea level I need advice on clutching and gearing can you help?? And what about converting to a Team clutch kit versus stock QRS what are the advantages and disadvantages and should i gear down (still running stock gearing) and what kind of tools will I need for clutching work?? Thanks

Why do you think BRP puts out so many poorly tuned CV systems? De-tuning the motor I could understand to make it live longer, but why ****ty clutching? To sell more belts? To not out run the competition? Paid off by the after market boys? None it makes any sense...
Why doesn't BRP start over with a different primary clutch. Customers don't know any better? Don't know it should be better?..

Not a jab at polar...

so they can put on a $1500 dollar clutch that breaks and leaves you stranded 3-4 times in one season (from dootalk)...BJ

big john i bought your 860 kit for my 800r 146 2008 and muffler i would like to get a clutch kit also ,sled sounds strong can't wait to ride it,what kind of kit do i need i ride from 2000'to 9500' right now i have over sized rollers hollow pins and pin kit19,20,and 21 tooth top gear do i need and differnt chain as well took sled to mountains 4 times last year and ran stock chain with 19 tooth top gear quit the dog leg in the chain but didn't have any trouble i what the sled to run well with the 860 kit and a clutch kit my buddy bought a turbo nitro what to try to keep up help please.:
