I am confused, is the sled being used for trail riding or mountain riding. There is no trails in the mountains where I am.

It will also leave bread crumbs wherever you go. Nice when you are in a new area in the backcountry. Or, pull your phone track out I suppose.

Yes, no trails.

Do not rely on the breadcrumbs as they will unexpectedly delete on their own when you restart the sled. I have had it happen to me and numerous others in our group.

I have to ride miles of whoops to get off the trail. nice to see the trails on the map as ref points... which this has zero of.

I updated my maps tonight, navigated to the riding areas and it has the trails on it.

I just updated the maps, they've been downloaded for like a month or longer.

When it's connected to wifi you can go to check for updates; mine had an update available. It may do this automatically but when I went to the maps tab it said download available.

In the past trails didn't show up until after Dec 1st. I'm thinking that this is why it updated and the trails showed up.

Not a clue on that one.
The post without quote option is working for me just fine in Chrome on my desktop

That's weird, though because if I connect my phone to the gauge the trails show up. They just aren't in the pre downloaded thing when not using phone.

There is a map update now that shows the trails.

First ride today with the new GPS system;
Have to report that it worked GREAT without having to attach my phone at all!

I rode 2 sleds with the updates, and maps worked fine. No phone. Breadcrumbs were never lost over three days on both sleds.

my experience as well.
This is where is should have been from DAY 1.

I wonder if the latest map update helped with the breadcrumbs? I heard of a fellow in my area that was having the breadcrumb issue but didn’t have the latest map update.
