But the 2011 800 had 10 more hp @7000 RPM than the 2010s so power through the midrange is improved...

Why would manufactures leave that much on the table? Are emission impacted that much vs. power with pipe design?If that's the case, why not be pleased if, for a few hundred bucks, you can have, say, 15hp more than your pals with bone stock Rush800's?
