Inconsistent misfire Polaris rmk pro 800

My current 2013 Pro that I bought was on its second rebuild; I asked the guy if the fuel filter was changed and he didn’t know. The sled actually sounded muffled when he fired it up.. He dropped the price quite a bit so I reluctantly bought it.. I brought it home and pulled the fuel filer and I could barely blow through it..
I change my fuel filter every year, so I had a good fuel filter sitting on the shelf; I changed it out and the fired it up and the sled sound like it should!! Never had an issue with the engine since!!
The guy actually messaged me the other day and wants to buy it back!!
Gonna cost him a lot more than what he sold it for!!
I purchased a 2013 800 Pro RMK at the end of the 2022 season, it had 1500km on it not sure what that is in miles, anyway I was able to go for 3 short rides that year then came December 2022 during the Christmas holidays after removing the exhaust Valves and cleaning them, cleaned the clutches I take it out and approximately 2 or 3 miles from my house the engine over heat light comes on. So I stopped it turned off started accelerating again and it came back on again. So I stopped turned it off. Gave a couple of minutes went to pull start it again and it was seized. Could not get it to move. So I called my buddy to come and get me wasn't far from his house. So while I was waiting for him I figured I would remove the plugs to see what they looked like and they both looked fine. By that time my buddy showed up I was putting the caps back on and I said I will try pulling it one more time and first pull it fired up so I drove it to my buddy house and a mile and a half away and I will pick it up with my truck and bring it home check things over. Noticed that the knock sensor was not connected put it on and went for 3 other rides. The last ride I heard it pop and lost power right away. Had to drive about 4 miles to get home and when I pulled up to the garage door it was smoking like crazy and I could see the antifreeze all over the place. Took it apart and it detonated like nothing I had ever seen... Blew a hole from the front of the block right to the other side blew the piston in chunks along with the piston rod and bearings on PTO side of the motor. So I bought a completely brand new, not a rebuild brand new bottom and top end, everything is brand new crank bearing piston, new REED Valves exhaust Valves. I finally got everything back together this past Wednesday, start filling it up with coolant and next thing you know I hear it leaking some where I see that it is coming out of a couple of the bolts for the water pump cover. So I took that off put some gasket sealent put the cover back let it dry. Fill it back up everything is fine. Fill it up with fresh 91 octane gas connect all the plugs put the key in and on pull up the kill switch start pulling the BASTARD and nothing. Absolutely nothing. Not getting no spark. I checked all the plugs with a multimeter, but I have no idea how to use one of those things or even what kind of reading I should be getting. It is the electronic part of dealing with any type of today's engine's that make it difficult to work on and even more frustrating after you spend the time with assembling all these new parts. That was the last thing I was expecting to have happened to me. So now I started to remove the cover for the flywheel to check the stator and mag, because I was hoping to be able to remove it without having to remove the whole engine of course I have 2 of those stupid hex head bolts strip on me, of course one at bottom where it was difficult just to get a key in there to get at the other 2 lol. Anyway sorry for the long story but I am hoping to find some help on what to do, what to check for etc etc... Any thoughts suggestion from you or anyone else would be great fully appreciated. Thanks

Your probably gonna have to bite the bullet and pull the engine.. As painful as that is!!
