mtn mike on boost

im starting early i know, but want to find some couples to ride w/ at gold creek and stampeed next season.i havent been getting my wife out often enough, and in an effort to keep the peace and clear my conscience, would like to find a couple(s) for ridding every 4-5 weeks.

i ride baker pretty much the whole season and its alittle much for her. and when i do take her up to gold creek or stampeed (just the two of us), im so bored because i cant do anything i want to do when its just the two of us.she see's this and it ruins the ride for her as well.we have had friends to ride w/in the past but all have either broken up or moved away.just looking to get her out more and meet some fellow snowesters....mm

I would love to ride with you guy's! Unfortunatley I dont have a partner to ride with. So I will take this space to seek any available women that love to sled to look me up so we can ride with mtn mike and his wife!

Well if your ever down in our area ( St. Helens ) hubby and I would ride with ya. I am still pretty new to sledding so us ladies could take our time and take in the sights LOL

MM, honey and I ride both areas often Usually they're shorter days and we prefer to start early (less peeps, better parking). Look us up...

she prefers the trail but enjoys small climbs and boondocking. its kinda fun to
see her when the addrenaline kicks in, she isnt used to it and shakes alittle.
maybee its fear who knows.

i can say that women (when together) are just as competative as men.they too will try and out mark each other.

Maybe she just needs to build some confidence? Sometimes it's helpful to learn from other women too. One of the gals from the Ladies Ride is considering putting on some classes for beginner/intermediate riders. I'm not sure when, though. I pretty much learned from my guy....I fell off a lot while learning...hence the name Tumblina!! Try to be patient with your lady!! ;);)

Count me and My wife in :D
We ride Stampede, G.C. Fish Lake areas mostly. We occasionally ride this side of Stevens pass and she always feels better when there are other women in the group. Otherwise she feels like she's holding me back.
She's turned into one of the best riding partners I could ask for too!

The little woman in her "Poofy Coat". :D

Mike you guys are welcome anytime at our place near the Fish Lake anytime we're there. It's mostly trails but we find a few areas on the way. Always there between Christmas and New Years. Don't need the turbo over there. :D Tom

my wife should be getting back on the sled more this winter now that the youngest is 1 so he can tag along on the 120

It's never too early is it ? ;)

It's not always easy to find couples to ride with....I know for me, having other chickies join the group is a big treat! :) It doesn't happen very often, but I always look forward to more ladies getting out there riding! Good luck finding more people in your area!

Tumblina I didn't realize you were a Washington girl....right on! :)
