I just read on Sled Rumours that the 2015 M-8's are equipped with 7 tooth
drivers already ??. Switched from the normal 8 tooth . Not sure how accurate this info is ?

Technically... madmax is right, that is the MSRP, manufacturers suggested retail price. Country cat sells them at 765 or whatever for their "sale" price.

The m8s already got the gear down in 14, the 15 4 strokes will get the 7 tooth to gear them down. The m8 7 tooth will have to be purchased seperately from my understanding. 7 tooth is only on 4strokes that aren't able to be regeared economically.

My early information was wrong, track requires a 7 tooth driver kit, kit includes new shaft

The 7 tooth driver is only on the 1100t. You can buy the driveshaft with 7t drivers from cat if you want it for a different sled. I have not heard for sure what drivers come in the m7000, pretty sure they are 8's.
