No offense man but I have a hard time believing a 800 mt. cat is weighing in at 450 pounds..

maybe so. the manual said its 525dry, i subtract the weight of the aftermarket crap... so it should tip the scales at 480.. what a pig. if its really 540 dry well i guess im an even bigger liar. guess well have to weigh it to know for sure.
as for the bulkhead i wasnt aware of the weakness, but i did go thru it when i put the motor in this summer and its all fine. i dont ride very hard.. thanks for the heads up though

k, i tried editing the first post but my computer runs on solar power basically.. the other 30lbs were shed off by either maybe i have oneM suspension parts or maybe i have a lot of light weight stickers, or maybe i say things like that too get into some peoples heads who dont know mee?? puffin has seen that sled, lurkin has seen it, yeti has seen it, why lie to them. but now that im on the internet might as well say whatever. well see tomaro which one i have

and im just gonna extend the track with extensions and have cat put it in. the driver mod is too much work.. i wouldnt dream of doing a skid setback and switching to bigger drivers on such an old sled (ten years old that is)

Hey I have a 2002 RMK 800 if any body have some good ideas how to make it a little lighter for me it would be nice this is what has been done to it so far

Yeti you thinkin about gettin the IQRR?? i am sellin mine, and its got about 15 more hp than the IQRR, has the tank conversion, and trail gearing done. The IQRR is a good sled but it doesn't give you enough hp. i am not to into selling it unless i get the right offer. but if not good luck! goin riding Sunday to Lost Lake i think unless the weather clouds up then i am goin to Turny. Where you guys goin?

ya i just got one.. gonna be here next week from delta.. 9 grand brand new.. 08. i woulda got yours cause it was badda** but i cant use my polaris card to buy personal.. 08 iqrr 600 121. gonna extend to 136 cause its a pretty good track. iv had luck on it before. not gonna be a huge mod sled just tracked and piped... so puff.. gonna get a 900 poo to mod out now??

Did any one else notice that nearly every sled that made it to the finals in the X games was an IQR. I think that says something. If I were to get another sled I would love to get one of those.

Ya there were a lot of em in the finals (sno x)...but witch sled finished first...took gold?
