Pine Pass Snow Conditions?

Slediot, we're riding tomorrow. I think we're going to Beaver. Do you know if anyone has been over the backend (across from PK) lately?

Ended up in Hassler with Timberdragon, Frock and Darcy Houde. Couple of very decent guys to ride with. Monsieur Houde "rented" an XP that I had to tow back. Broken chain/chaincase as he was climbing the main run in the aluminum bowl. All my fault of course, back at the truck when he unloaded it I said Oh No not an XP!!! I guess that jinxed it. Left sum nasty marks in the aluminum bowl and had a nasty stuck on the back lakes. Blew a belt on a nasty climb and rolled it 13 times. WTF blow a belt? 09 m1000? No damage anyways had the hood off. Snow is melting fast Id say 2 more weeks at the most. I found a real rotten spot and submarined the 1000 into a hollow. Theres water flowing in the creeks and the back way is outta the question now. Anyways heres some pics fellas, Thanks again Sean, Shane and Darcy for a good ride and many laughs.............

Thanks for the pics Damon (not sure of spelling), it was a great day. To bad the XP give up or it would've been an excellent day. We never would have gotten the XP anchor out without your M1000, that thing is working verrrryyy well. I don't think I lost a tiedown Damon, not sure where you "picked it up at". You gonna ride again before the end of season? I'm out for a few days this week, going to Fleetwood Mac in Calgary on Tuesday. Thanks for the ride Damon and Sean.

Everyone all done in our area? Been snowin off and on here in Dawson for the last couple days. Can only imagine the snow in the mountains. Might want to hook up and go for a last ride maybe Thursday? Summer saucks, its all ready killing me. The quads just dont have enough displacement..................

we rode pow king on monday it was good spring conditions!
we unloaded @ the underpass had to ride mud and rocks for about 2or3 km
but was a good ride we started @ about 2400ft trail had no bare spots after 3400ft so i am done for the year.

This time of year we usually unload at the skihill, ride the pipeline over to Azu then take the Ipek road up to the powerline then straight over to the Bijou Trail. You should still be on snow all the way. I don't think that the ski hill would care now, they've been closed for 2 weeks.

Rode hassler on Thursdat the 21st. Fresh snow everywhere!!! We figured 6" the night before ad anywhere from1-1 1/2 ft everywhere from the last week. Easily 2 more weeks of riding unless it gets really stinkin hot!! A pic o the left side of the Aluminum bowl yup we trashed it. A pic of the Hassler Cabin. A pic of a small cliff Jared Toews accidently turned out over , cartwheeled, barrel rolled, lost a boot, bloodied a nose and shocked everyone with minimal damage!! The sled went WOT throttle across the mountainside killin every tree in its path. And Jareds bloody nose. The best part is Jared didnt even cry he just bruised his touche. And Jamie on his boosted phazer.............

nice pic. we rode sat at hasler is was sun and 14 dugrees snow was just right made for some hanuse climbs that i would not even think of doing with fresh snow. fun fun day.

on the weekend befor like sat and sun the grader driver said o foot come down there and we were there the tue june 2 and it was awsome had lots of fun the snow was just right soft to sinck but not roton so ya had a blast cant wait for next year
