Pheasant on the Grill

Headin home on Sunday about 6:30 pm noticed a pheasant along side of the road. I did let out of it and he took off flying about 10 feet before I got to him. He disappears and I hear a clunk. Didn't think much about..., got home noticed dinner hanging out my grill!!! lol

Only part I miss about North Dakota was the amazing pheasant hunting. And then taking 'em back and making Jerkey in the dorms. Man that pissed off a few people it usually was rank as hell cuz half our floor was cooking pheasant or drying them in the dorms!
