Not paying hourly, that's for sure, but Tyler sent me these pictures. There has been about 5 feet of snow since leaving them, it looks like they're staying in hibernation until the snow starts to melt. He's probed and dug but nothing. Too much snowfall has made locating them virtually impossible. I have offered to purchase a metal detector and try that way, but if he doesn't want to go and just wait, I'm not blaming him. It sucks walking and searching for something when you could be riding. I promise to take pictures of the recovery once it starts. I don't think with them being buried, that there will be any damage when it's time to go back up. More snow is hitting over the next few days, for now, I have to wait.
I left a sled on the mountain for a week years ago, it snowed 3 feet while it sat there, I was worried about finding it but the 3 feet piled on top of seat and hood but left the sides of hood exposed, and the pile of snow looked just like a snowmobile, the snow is not going to be level over the sled no more than it is level over logs and rocks, should be able to see them if you get close
I won't be sending anyone up until I can be there to help.
