one day im basic and the next im payed??

anyone else seeing this?

i can still see the mag forum everyday......but sometimes my thingy dingy next to my avator says "free basic" and sometimes i says "payed"

I see it.
I am not sure WHY it is happening, but I will work on it this evening as our project for the night.
