Matryx boost fuel pump

I did the springs and made no difference.
Changed both fuel socks to the ones listed a couple pages back, and no fuel pump whine now. Rode all day and not a peep. Every ride with the stock socks I would get a whine off and on through the day.

Been watching this thread for a few weeks now. I just picked up a 850 Matryx NA and every ride I've been out on (4) it has kicked out the "Low Fuel Pressure Power Limit" code along with the check engine warning light and the sled goes into limp-mode. This happens multiple times per ride. As some people have noted the sled seems to be fine in the morning but once I've burned through a bit of gas the pump gets noticeable louder and the problems begin. I also got back to the truck with over half a tank of gas so I wasn't by any means close to being out of fuel. I tried the springs in the fuel socks today and it did not help. When I had the fuel pump assembly out I checked the items in that Team Tips from a few pages back - everything was good there. I'm no expert here and a very recent Polaris convert but I don't see this being a heat issue. At this point it seams to me that it's an issue with the pump itself, maybe a bad seal somewhere that is letting air in once the pump is no longer completely submerged in fuel. I'm going to go drop this off with a dealership and try out the warranty process. Good thing I still have my old sled.

Could this problem be as simple as faulty fuel tank vents? Alot of the symptoms point that direction. Some people added fuel & their problems were temporarily cured. Was it the added fuel that cured it or simply opening the gas cap?

Opening the gas cap definitely doesn't stop the squeel, that much I can say for sure.

Can't believe Poo is taking this lightly. Would guess at least Vohk knows specifically what Poo is going to change; if he can't talk about it, yet, there's more to it. Could be Poo is locking up demand for a fix/revamped pump for the 23's, first, before addressing this for the 22s, hoping the season will end soon, and then only those with LFP will get the update. I open my gas cap a few times a ride, just to see if it helps. Makes no difference.
I disagree. I just did a 3 day ride with my Boost and first day I got the warning code after 1 hour in warm temps so unscrewed the gas cap and put my hand over the hole, it was seriously hot inside the tank. So I finished the day taking the cap off for 2 minutes every time I stopped. (30 mins approx) NO MORE CODE. So the last two days we got lots of snow and colder temps but I followed the same procedure and even with harder running and more heat I barley heard the pump and never got the code again.. I could feel the heat from the tank on my inner thighs at times and I just stopped and let the fuel cool down with cap off. Im very sold on the fact the fuel gets hot and causes problems!

I never stop for 30 minutes, unless something is broken. Couple 10 minutes stops a ride. I just took it off to see if pressure was there.

Is the Matryx fuel pump different than previous years?
20, 21 (Khaos) and my 22 matryx were all whining this past week.
I’m thinking they all have a noise to them, only some are getting starvation and throwing a code.
Is there a return line that the pump runs?

So has anyone that added insulation under the tank had luck ?

I think once it starts to whine it’s on borrowed time . If these mods where done before it did that it might have a chance . I did thermo tec and springs before I ever rode it and so far ok but still early . Going to put the new fuel socks in from O-Riley’s though just because I think it more the full sock then just the spring.

My buddy's and mine both whine from day one and then just quit. Haven't made a peep for 4 rides. Lowest we've had them down to was 30%. Both are boosts.
