LiveAlaska and Trav907, great riding with you guys today. That was an amazing trip, weather, snow, good company! LiveAlaska thanks for posting the pics, to avoid some confusion those pics are of Trav907 and akstormin, not AKStorm, I believe that he is another rider around these parts and I'm pretty sure he doesn't want to have people view my riding poor riding skills and ridiculous jacket and think its him. In retrospect it would've been prudent for me to have checked for similar forum names prior to choosing mine.... live and learn I guess. Still an awesome day though!!!

Storm, we definitely should have left with you... not only did i have to bum some gas from Mike, we got tired and lazy, followed by a few bad choices.

I'm thinking of a LL trip before the weekend. The buddy I usually ride with blew a motor so I'm looking for someone to dig me out - I mean ride with. I'm familiar with the area and might make it a 2 dayer.

Did you guys go in at Primrose or Firehouse? How was the ride in? Awesome pics, that country looks phenominal!! How long did it take you guys to get down there from Anchorage?

Went in Primrose. The trail in is getting pretty bombed out, no difficult portions just rough for the first 8 or so miles. It was a solid 2 hours from Anchorage, but well worth the trip.

Trav907, would love to hear about the carnage after I left... I ended up walking in the door 1 minute before my kitchen pass expired, so the timing was good. I was worthless for anymore riding anyhow, my arms were shot....I've got to get in better shape. You are correct, we must do it again after more snow. Storm
