from what i have read they are goin down with as low as 50 with anything from busted skirts to burndowns and many with multiple burndowns(up to 8 for one guy)....they are all ****. there are a few out there that have no problems and run great but they are far and few between. the more i read the more i read about piston skirts and cyl skirts breaking...or burndowns. polaris really dropped the ball on this one

Thanks rajin. Looks like the dragon 800's are no more reliable then say the edge chassis with cranks breaking.

i hear ya ragin, but i think its just like anything else on snowest, you hear about the 1 bad one and not the other 9 awesome ones. hopefully you can get it fixed or get somethin else and finish out the season

eh itl buff out...all a part of the game. i talked to my dealer and he admitted they dont even check the tollerances when theey installed the updates...just opened the box and threw them in.

Crank,piston,cylinder,case and reeds. Yeah, having a failure at 12# of blow wide open is spendy!
Looks as though the connecting rod bearing at the crank had enough fun for the year, it happens. If anyones looking for a kidney I will be posting one on ebay soon.lol

Good ride yesterday !! Rode the purple beast...i'll tell ya the pro ride is a great sled to ride but dosent come close to the "wow" factor when ya pin the throttle on the purple one....lmao...ahhhh power

Rode Lolo yesterday. Took some non-sledders from California out. Got em stuck a few times.
Go sunburned and tired.

They loved it. They now have a HUGE appreciation.
I heard they couldn't get out of bed today. HAHA Too sore.
