I started building my sled this weekend. Since I've had almost all of the parts for a couple years I thought that maybe it's better late then never. Building a new to me sled with old technology starting with a new bulkhead. When finished it should resemble a cf vertical escape.

There was no smoke from the Dragon this weekend. one of you better get your sled done or I need to get new riden partners.. Im ready to go, with both sleds i think. If you need help I would like to come down

I can assure you that I'm not done. lol

I was able to preassemble most everything and then take it back apart for powder coating. Need to finish prepping the goods but it looks like they will get dropped off this week.

On another note a few of us will be headed north of the boarder in March for a week of riding. I haven't read up on the does and don'ts but does anyone know if it would be a problem packing race fuel back and forth across the boarder either in a barrel or in jugs?

No need to look for new riding partners yet. The old 7 hundy still ready to rip. I'll get with ya as soon as I get everything backfrom powder coating.

I got the call...we've made smoke and my transition from Genni back to an 800 with twin pipes is complete.

I think it's fine the forum is going paid. There are different levels you can get...so it's not like peeps are getting totally locked out. Some of the people who can't stand it will leave and we'll lose them...but it's their choice.
