I hope your not expecting to get the thumbs up for this post ! Thanks for all your help over the years. Dave

Thanks, Dave....nice getting to know you over the years, too. I'm glad I helped people out enough that they're pissed I'm leaving haha....makes me feel warm and fuzzy and lets me know I did my job.

You must have taken it to Power Products.
What was there excuse for it taking so long?

Actually was not there fault! It was Polaris and there need to send a engineer out to approve the warranty work! then order parts and so on. 3 weeks 2 weekends with out a sled sucks but what do you do!

There real good at telling stories.
I would have had to murder if I was made to wait that long.
What the hell good is warranty if you have to wait a month to get it fixed?
When I worked there we just sent pics.
Then had approval, but they always drug there feet.

It must be something about when it snows.

Anyone out there looking for a buddy to ride with this weekend? I am trying desperately to find someone to ride with. I refuse to ride alone especially when conditions are like this. My usual group is broken down or out of town this weekend...again.

Looking to ride lower angle slopes but I also understand that beggars cant be choosers, so please let me know if you are looking for someone or have an extra spot in your group for a somewhat sassy but mostly mellow 23 year old.

I come complete with Avvy gear, Avvy training, a spare space on my trailer, my own food, and I'll even bathe. (surprisingly this has been an issue with one of my buddies this season)

I can't promise I won't get stuck though:face-icon-small-ton

Hey, my last backcountry ride was Jan 4th. I took a dinker ride into Lolo Pass warming hut with the kids on MKL day...haven't ridden since.

Lost engine..then discovered lost jackshaft and bearing again.

Hoping to pick it up tomorrow so I can ride Sunday. BUT, not certain it's going to happen. I'm still holding my breath too.

On March 4th it will be 2 months since my last regular ride.

Quit whining!

Every year I sell the sled early it turns out to be one of the best years.... You are all welcome...

Now go tear some chit up!!!

And take pictures....

Lost crank seal and pto bearings. (Polaris sent a crate motor)
Jackshaft and bearing were toast. (Polaris sent a jackshaft and bearing)
Right side Avid extrovert driver MOVED over a 1/3"toward inside. (How the F did that happen?)

That's all.

That's a bunch of crap.
How do you keep from choking people?

Wow, hmm. I never had any issues with any of my PRO's.......

But if it took two months to get chit right, I'd be pretty PISSED.......

This must be how Polaris gets rid of their loyal customers. ..

Completely unacceptable. ........

I just tore a pro apart in my shop with 1000 miles. I could fit an .018" feeler gauge between the pistons and cylinders. There was also .006" difference from the top of the cylinder to the bottom. Cylinder skirt was cracked and ready to let loose. It vibrated pretty bad at an idle. Very poor quality control from polaris.

It wasn't in the shop for 2 months....I just didn't get to ride in January. Discovered crank seal at dealer on like Feb 4th.

Mine took 2 days shy of 3 weeks. i didn't think that was all that bad considering the ones that they had in front in me! I think they even moved me up a few! IDK for sure! but heres a pic from yesterday!
