Yes, but unfortunately that law only applies to homes. You would find yourself behind bars for defending your property in a vehicle, hence the SSS theory.

Not true.....why else would you have a CCW permit?? If someone threatens me WHEREVER I happen to lawfully be and I am not the instigator (i.e. I'm minding my own business and someone threatens me, my family, or any innocent I witness) I have a right to defend. So, if I'm in my trailer and I feel threatened, I'm well within the law to use what I have to stop the aggressor.
