What is the weight difference between that engine and the Pro 800 rmk engine?

You could be right how much? 25-30 range or am I way off

Ed, pricing depends on what you are supplying. The ideal situation is for guys that already have a sizeable investment into a T Apex or T Nytro. The chassis is ideal for those to swap their parts into with some re-fitting of Turbo system. So prices vary with what you are bringing to the table and what your ultimate goal is.

You can PM me for more details.

the weight question??

Canuck/Luckyjones/Scott

The weight question??? This one always comes up....

We did not build this chassis with the sole purpose of being a light weight!!

We developed this chassis for our DEEP SNOW play ground here in Revelstoke. Hence our designed application of the superior performance of the four stroke Turbo'd Yamaha engines, coupled to a 174" x 3" x 16" CE within a Racers Edge rear suspension. We have opted for the stock Apex chaincase for the reverse option and overall reliability. Non of these individual components would be considered light!! However, in basic trim, this package will come in at around 540lbs dry, c/w 72" full tunnel length u-cooler and the 36 litre fuel tank. Add, or subtract from there for options, like water to air intercooler systems, EPS if desired, or drop down to a 2.5" track, ...or??? ..it is a custom build afterall, so pick what you want.

Again, weight alone has not been our major concern. It is well over a hundred pounds lighter than a T Nytro in a similar setup. That being said, it has not been our intention to comprimise critical strength areas for weight considerations at all!! If one wants featherlight "flickability" then ride a stock Pro or E-Tec. If one wants superior Deep Snow Performance then consider one of these sleds, utilizing the undisputed beastly, yet smooth reliable power of a Turbo Yammy!!

Hope this helps answer the weight questions.

Cheers and Merry Christmas

You guys in BC (snow conditions) are almost hateable.:face-icon-small-coo

last year for my flatland sled i was looking a 4S yammi. Really dont care about the weight at home. Being just a bit older i get tired of messing with anything and just want to ride. i brought my xf1100t out west last year as an extra sled to see what it was like and just like mentioned above the power is great but the stuck think i not fun.
