Water ingestion causing engine failures?

The way mine goes thru oil I cant see it being restricted. But I will take a look for sure. I am using just under a litre of oil per 20 liters (5 gallons) or fuel. It;s not quite 20 to 1 but its close, kinda like it's still in break-in mode even though its well past that.

Checked my zip ties out today, can’t say if they were tight enough to pinch the oil lines, but they were tight enough that the plastic loom was completely crushed on both ends so I cut them off just to be safe. Left the one on the top side off cuz there was another zip tie there holding the oil lines to the wire harness and I figured that would be good enough. Bottom side I loosely installed a new tie to help keep the loom on. It’s the big loom holding all the oil lines together where they go over the pull start with the wire harness. Opening up the Velcro sleeve helps with access. The bottom one was kind of a bugger cuz it’s right where the lines go down under the throttle body.

Any word on a TSB for this ? Anybody else find issues like described ? Thanks
