Is there any loss, or gain by getting the kaos rail, or not getting them, I'm ok with spending less to get the same, or close to it

The Khaos rails all by themselves will drop the skid a tiny bit based on where the cross brace that holds the strap mounts. They curve up a little so Lee’s likely to stab track. And they look nice. :)

The Promised Land……..
Meaning what exactly? Can you modify the stock rails and just add the longer limiter and other stuff, etc, etc

Yep.
Only modifications needed are cutting the rail tips for the anti stab.

Longer front track shock. (However much you want to spend from longer shock eye to oem velocity shocks to fox khaos length)

Longer limiter strap.

The raptor eyelet kit plus anti stab is probably 40-50% of the full effect.

Add khaos springs and it goes up to 80%

Khaos shocks and springs (low compression adjustment for wheelie control) and you get 97%

The rails are only the last 3% but cost $$$

Again, this is just my experience........
