NEW PRODUCT - 2025+ Matryx Front Arm Drop Kit IceAge

I was unable to run the lower skid holes on stock rails with the big wheel kit. Not enough length in the track for both the lower skid holes and the big wheel so it's one or the other unless you buy the rails from ice age. I choose the big wheel kit since the khaos is plenty playful in 155, and lower skid with longer limiter was fun but very hard to climb with.

I was able to get a better ride on my '25 Khaos with elevate spindles, ice age rails and big wheel kit. stock skid hole. the front end seemed light enough. on the trail and in tight areas, it did not have heavy steering. i don't think i will be installing this kit.
i do run the heavier weight springs on my Fox QS3 shocks, tightened up a touch more than the starting lengths.

I have ice age rails, big wheels, khaos shocks and limiter straps and I was able to drop it to the lower hole with my 300lx track.

I switch things so much I don’t remember which rails I was trying it on but I did call ice age and they told me they should work with my setup. They didn’t

I have a 9" iceage wheel kit, offset axle, their khaos rails and a 300lx track that I have yet to install. Wondering now if I'll get it to fit?
I got mine to fit with 8” wheels in the lower holes. It was pretty tight. I bet the 9” would fit in the upper holes

I decided to leave it in the upper hole and give the front track shock one more turn of pre load and any remove one turn off the rear track shock and used the clickers for the rest and I could not be more happy and the hifax are still wearing Normally !!!😁 am happy and feel the sled is pretty dialed

In my experience if you are running a big wheel kit on stock rails you will not be able to drop your skid without going back to the 7 inch wheel or running ice age rails
Not sure what you mean by not able to drop the skid but on my 155 it definitely didn't fit when I attempted to install the big wheel (9") on stock rails. There was almost no clearance of the track to back.of the rails and the track was super tight. I ended up getting the ice age classic rails too and they work great married with the big wheel kit. Way stronger than the stock rails too.

Got my kit installed today. Pretty straightforward if you are used to drilling holes and some sheetmetal work. Nice kit, with one exception... the little punch they include to drive out the heart of the old rivets is "quite soft" so bring your Harbor Freight Punch Set out of the box first.
