you could try to catch it and tame it....

We trapped a badger under a bucket one time, and we ended up getting a collar on it thinking we would tame it....... after about a week and a few close calls, it got away by chewing through a wood crate....

that thing was as mean the day it got away as the day we caught it

try putting some dog food on a plate and buy some flybait. after they eat that chit they get bout 5 feet and theyre dead. but if you have cats or anything that would also eat it, that could be a problem.

we use that technique for keepin the bazturds out of the sweetcorn round here

You have to make sure it is the old school GREEN antifreeze the newer reddish/ pink color antifreeze is now animal friendly.

Some great ideas. Antifreeze works, but is a horrible death.

Can of tuna fish and a live trap works. Although I have seen a big male tear up a live trap before.

Filling the hole with water should work also.

Anybody that thinks they can catch a mature raccoon or badger and thinks they can tame it, needs to have their head checked.

Oh, and for a club on both, a cresant wrench works good.

I take out about 10 a year. they are nasty creatures. .22 works good. Broomstick off of the deck railing works good also. it is about 135 foot free fall off of the deck. I have killed about 5 this way.
