Will be coming through around the 4th of july was thinking of pulling the sleds please keep the updates coming.

Well North French Creek still has 12ft of snow at 10,130ft. Even if the snow melt was an insane fast 2ft per week, you'd still be able to ride on the 4th of July this year. It will definitely be do-able. This will be the first week it will actually be really warm up there.

Highway 130 update

Does anyone have an update on 130, wondering just how much more WYDOT has to clear before they can open the road. Any info would be appreciated. RickM

We road all day today. Awesome spring riding and tons of snow.

They still have about 4 miles left, and they said they can get about 3/4 mile open per day!

They had a couple of snow cats pushing it off of the road, a Caterpillar ripping the snow, and then a couple of rotary plows cleaning!

Just a quick note, the driver of grey 600 Summit is my 10yr old son. This was his second trip to the snowies! It's as much fun for me to watch him ride that mountain as it is for me to ride!

Snowies Conditions

Well since I'm not a premium member and can't post in that section here is for everyone else that isn't premium yet. We rode on Saturday and there is still plenty of snow up there to mess around in. We had a blast climbing the steep chutes on the front side of the mountain, but had to be carefull picking lines around the lakes as they are starting to open up. I'm loving my 154 XP conversion on my REV too. It hooks up really well and transfers weight really well too, I thought I was going to go over backwards on a drift we were messing around on! Here are some pics, nothing great but it shows there is still stuff to mess around on.

July Riding

We rode on the 2nd of July, climbed Lake Marie, and we rode all over the back of it. it was amazing to be able to ride all over there was 9 of us.
