First Ride Problems

It’s going back Tuesday. They don’t have a fix my buddy’s started doing it at 2 miles today. Yesterday I was told there is an update but nothing specific for that problem yet.

I agree that being able to adjust RTS from the bars would be nice, but I would prefer they continue to come from the factory set up to wheelie some and play vs having a skid designed for chute climbing… that just totally ruins the handling for everything else.

I assume Tom and ZRP will have some options to control wheelie.

Mine is on going. Was out for 20 km then on again these are the codes when I hooked up my buds . Seams like this is the codes everyone is having. There is no update on buds if there was it would give me a update notification.

We did Stock power, 175, 185, 195, 205 and a race dept 230hp
The 21,22,23 still use the same primary clutch spring, secondary clutch spring helix, gearing.
The difference is the 23 has a heavier 992(761) ramp and more pivot weight.
For 2 seasons, I poked around with springs and I tested with a set of ground 992 copies.
...ok so the 185hp iBackshift Ski-Doo and LYNX 850 turbo clutch kit can be deployed on the 180hp MY23. Im not doing anything different than using a "pattern" of tuning techniques applied to big bores and tune(s) power increase. Same pattern, 165hp and power increase to 180hp at the same engine speed; increase the pivot weight to match the torque increase and tune the primary spring to make the rpm shift correct - its just old fashioned Aaen tuning.

And im willing to put my head on the chopping block that its only going to be a matter of either the pivot bolt weight on the setting sheet is bang on, or a gram...light. :)

Any details on the 992? Weight? Profile compared to 994?
Could it be a possible solution for '22 sleds running a bunch of pivot weight?
Thx

Dealer said brp said ride it with the light on that it’s safe to ride and there working on a fix only thing about is what happens if there is another issue and you ignoring the check engine light. ? Guess that will be on brp not me

Has anyone noticed the check engine light at different elevations. Mine seems to come on more at low elevations which for me is 9000-9500 ft

Knock, Knock,. Who's there? Cylinder # 2. ? If it is the knock sensor being too sensitive and there is just the slightest detonation, this could be expected at lower elevation. if it is not detonation, I can't see why elevation should make a difference.

I’ve been out 3 days on my new G5 turbo.

Check engine light only comes on at steady 5000 rpm zones throttle input. As long as I keep the rpm’s moving up and down through the 5000-6000 range nothing. Same nothing above or below, no issues at full throttle.

Seems to run fine.
