3 weeks into t25 and I really like it. If i posted a video of this 50 year old guy hopping around you all would laugh 500 calories off. If anyone is getting/trying to get in shape this would be a good place to start. They have a modified style for each "move" that keeps a foot on the ground so no jumping required. I am still doing a lot of pull-ups, it took me so long to just be able to do one clean pull up(I can still do only about 5 clean dead hang pull ups anyway) I am not going to lose that strength. I also do the P90x workout "chest and back" at least once a week and the Ap ripper that goes with it. Rode for the first time yesterday and felt great.
