I hope somepady inform me the stock 800cc motor ignitioncurve soon.
If you see problem my ignitioncurve please let me know, i have hand made pipes, so close to SLP pipes but bigger hole and shorter stinger because i want motor power down the rpm.

I'm going to have to get me one of those helmet cams. Thanks FP, didn't see much of the climb but it sounded great.

Hey Brandon,

Heres our new updated UBA BILLET Mag Housing and waterpump drive pulley. If you ever build another 1200 with this mag housing you will not need that custom off-set flywheel hub we built for you.

I made some changes on the Mag Housing to make it much easier to get the wire harness plugs in without damaging them and also redesigned it for better stator cooling.

Hey Dan

Its getting closer. I finally had time to start piecing it back together. I think I found the route of the evil now, 5 of the 7 bolts that were holding the housing on were anywhere up to 2mm too long.

So I guess time will tell, should be up and running in a week or two. Case was beat to crap anyway so I gouged some shallow slots in the back of the mag housing and glass bedded it on with devcon this time as well. 7 new bolts of confirmed length, really cleaned things up so it should knock on wood stay put now. If not new cases, crank and start over next year I guess. Or part it out and buy a new one.

It was way louder with the pipes that are on it in the video, the Split Seconds have way bigger silencers. But nearly 1000 RPM higher too so I'm not sure. Picture an SRX on roids!

Dan what flywheel would you use with your housing? It uses the 650 waterpump?

Hi Jay, good to hear from you.

I can set them up to run the old 650 ign, 680 ultra, xcr 700/800
alot depends on what rpm the motor is going to be run at and what size bore & stroke.

Yes the old 650 water pump.

So after about an hour of searching and only three pages of this thread read I gave up. Does anyone have a p/n or know which hose was used for the water pump to water rail?

:sorry:

You can do it alot of different ways, alot of people just order the storm hose it has enough personality to make just about anything work.

Dan

Brandon, shoot me a PM to remind me to post that PN. I have it at home (99% sure)

Thanks for the reminder Brandon.
Hose part numbers:
Dayco : 70564 or Delco : 200425

Yes, They are build to order.

3 different ways.

Used triple carbs - Prices vary depending on how much we pay for the used carbs. Price - Time & materials.

New triple carbs - $1300.00

Can I buy the carbs myself and send them to you to have the rack built?

Hi

I use a 1996 ultra cdi with 16 degrees advance @8000rpm
Can a xcr-cdi be programmed for better performance?

And if so, can you get it done?

1200(stock polaris 800 bore/stroke) non ves vith taper bored round slides, SLP tripple pipes peaking at 8500 rpm.
